With 15 years of experience specializing in family health and aesthetics, we are thrilled to have Dr. Melissa as a part of our Freezefillglow family! She is a resident health expert on the Marilyn Denis Show, published weight loss author, and experienced cosmetic injector. A jack of all trades, Melissa balances her weight-loss business, her preventative health/aesthetic practice in Yorkville, being a mother, as well as our Medical Director!
Melissa graduated from the McMaster University in 2004 with her Doctorate in Medicine, and has completed the highest level of aesthetic training, completing the top level of Dr. Mauricio DeMaio’s MD Codes, while also being trained by Clarion and the Teoxane Academy. She is a member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
Dr. Melissa is best known for her natural looking results and aesthetic eye, leaving all her patients feeling like the best version of themselves! In her downtime she loves all things fitness, and spending time with family.

Nurse Helen has been in the biz since 2013, having graduated from Ryerson University with her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. The bulk of her career has been in Women’s Health, specializing in Gynecology, Sexual Health and Fertility Care. Becoming an Aesthetic Nurse Injector has given Helen the opportunity to merge her love for nursing with her passion for the arts.
Helen has been extensively trained by Clarion Medical and Prollenium Medical in our most popular services. Her favourite treatments are subtle but refreshing transformations that leave clients feeling (and looking) less tired, more rejuvenated and confident.
When a syringe is not in her hand, you can find Helen talking about dogs, petting dogs, and thinking about petting dogs.
Nurse Martina graduated from Seneca College with her Practical Nursing Diploma in 2020. Before joining our team, she worked in various settings caring for a wide range of patients: palliative care and pain management.
Martina trusted her gut and followed her passion, entering the world of Cosmetic Nursing after completing the Medical Aesthetics for Practitioners Program at Centennial College. Additionally, she has comprehensive training by Clarion Medical and Prollenium Medical in our most popular services.
Martina loves working in collaboration with our clients to reach their aesthetic goals by enhancing their natural features.

Nurse Carissa has been a Registered Practical Nurse since 2021 – a Fanshawe College graduate! Prior to working alongside the FreezeFillGlow family, Carissa had worked in neuroscience and geriatrics.
Carissa continued her education after graduating, specializing in medical aesthetics. She has extensive training in facial anatomy, botox, and dermal fillers. Carissa loves boosting beauty and confidence in each and every one of her clients. When Carissa is not working, she is probably living up to her foodie title and eating oysters somewhere.
Hello from Hamilton’s Medical Aesthetician and Clinical Assistant! Leah graduated from Humber College with a diploma in Spa Management and Aesthetics in 2019. Leah is an absolute expert with over 5 years of experience in the Medical Aesthetics industry.
Leah believes in educating and empowering clients to achieve the best versions of their skin. Her head is full of good hair and even better skin care knowledge. She expertly provides clients with Microneedling and Chemical Peel treatments to help meet those skin glow goals.
When Leah isn’t reapplying SPF, she is whipping up something in the kitchen, hitting the gym, or hanging out with Shakira (the cat).
Meet Amy! Toronto’s Medical Aesthetician and Clinical Assistant. Amy graduated from George Brown College in 2017 and brings 10 years worth of beauty biz know-how to the team.
Amy places high value on educating clients to meet their skin care goals. She specializes in creating customized skin care routines for patients and providing results-driven treatments.
When she’s off the clock as a skin care guru, you can find her planning her next vacation to Costa Rica, or consuming exclusively iced coffees.
Alexandra is the motherboard of our team. She is to thank for ensuring all of our clinic locations run effectively and efficiently.
Alexandra has always had a passion for the beauty industry. She comes to us with more than 15 years of experience in Medical Aesthetics. She firmly believes in the importance of women feeling beautiful and confident in their own skin.
In her down time, you can find Alex wrangling her two kiddos, and reading up on all things astrology
Diana is the brains behind all of our social media content! She is full of creative juice – something that is very much needed to curate our brand’s social channels. Who knows where we’d be without our Tiktok dance mom.
Diana graduated from the University of Guelph in 2019 with her Bachelor’s of Applied Science Child, Youth, Family and Biology. Keep your eyes peeled for her very own client transformations one day, as she is currently studying to become a Registered Nurse!
When Diana isn’t posting, liking, or studying, you can find her snuggled up to her dog – a white cloud named Milo!
